Check this out.I was told last Tuesday that they were going to replace my factory defective axle.I was told it would be mailed that day.I called today and found out it was not mailed at all.I was again promised it would be sent to me.This is total BULL.I even personal messaged Hoppalong to see if he could see if the parts had been sent out before I called them back today.NO RESPONSE from Hoppalong at all.If this is how Traxxas is going to treat a customer who has spent $1000.00 on one item and $1000.00'S more on their other cars and trucks then I believe it may be time to put "The word on the street" about how Traxxas treats their long time customers.I see people on this board recieving parts even when they admit being the cause of the problem.I have owned a Nitro 4-Tec,a Nitro Stampede,and currently own a T-Maxx.ALL were bought brand new and I NEVER ONCE asked for anything from Traxxas until now.So what's up with this?Should all of us who have been stiffed start looking for other boards and pass the word around?I am sure a few well placed messages will steer a potential Customer toward another company after hearing about how the return customers are treated.

Dave im sure things happen.and people tell you some thing just to try to help even though they know it may take longer then prommised,but I and Im sure several others love traxxas' T-maxx and alot of they're other vehicles and can't afford a hpi or kyosho mp7.5(499.00 with no motor or electronics).Traxxas has made simple r/c'ing easy for the people new to it.you think that every one here is gonna just sell off there sweet trucks and cars just because your getting the bad treatment?Im not taking they're side but man Dave,If you yell at some one long enough eventually they're gonna get fed up.look at maxx traxx.all those people bought that truck and added 1,000.00 2,000.00 and 3,000.00 into them things.Dave I truly hope they resolve this situation with you and every one else but you gotta realize they have probly thousands upon thousands of customers and more comming in every week.they're probly trying to resolve this for you and you might not even know.It took them almost a month and a half to send me my new shock shafts,but I got em.And I paid way more for my buggie and all the coinciding equipment than you.And right now tower is OUT of 'em.Traxxas must be doing some thing right.Give it time Dave and stay on they're case,in a possitive manner.that can't hurt.Just my 2 cents.I truly don't mean to offend any one here about all of this so dont trip out on me because you dont agree with me, oppinions are like noses',every one has them.

I am aware of the cost of these cars.And I have nothing against Traxxas or it's products.My beef is with Customer service.

Where did you read that in my message?I don't think you did.I would never suggest people get rid of their cars.I have a T-Maxx and wouldn't sell it just because of the "Rude Dudes"in customer service.

I am not yelling at anyone.In fact when I was called a liar by Customer service I continued to keep my cool.I am only bringing the fact that Traxxas sometimes does the customer wrong.I am not going to set back and praise Traxxas like others do while I am getting shafted at the same time.That would be stupid.How can you or any other MB owner tell a potential purchaser of a MB that they are the best thing out there when at the same time all of us are complaining about all the broken parts and factory defects?People deserve to know these things before they spend all that money.

I know I waited a week before I called them back and I found out the order was not even put into the computer the first time.I guess if I hadn't called them back I would have been waiting a real long time!Now is that right for a customer service rep.to lie to a person who has spent $1000.00's on their products?

Well it would appear that the order was put into the computer for you.That is different than being told the part would be mailed the same day just to find out a week later the order was not even put into the computer.If I had called and was told that the part was out of stock or something and it would be awhile that would have been different.At least the order would have been placed.

This is as positive as it can be.I am positive that if Traxxas refuses to replace a factory defective part that I will search high and low for every message board on the Net and disclose just how bad Traxxas Customer Service is(But not their products).This is not revenge,just being truthfull about something.The $30.00 parts owed me may cost Traxxas Thousands in lost sales.You see,I don't play games or praise where there is no praise due.If Traxxas wants praise they have to RE-EARN it from me.

Everybody has the right to their opinions and I certainly am not upset with you.We both put our views out for the public to see and that is good.

Cool Dave.I thought you would understand what I was saying.I was trying to do any thing to not offend.theres enough stuff wrong with the world.every one shouldent be gripping at eachother over trivial stuff all the time,Later.Dave/thats me too,
