I've had the same problem.. i think its just from general wear. i'd reccomend gerring a new metal pipe with a metal header. thats what i did and its fine.

if you buy an mip 360 header and pipe of your choice, all you need to do is grind a little off of your rear shock tower on the left rear side and the exuast will fit. i tried getting the kit for the nitro hawk but the new shock tower didnt fit so dont waste your money on that kit

    Cool

My old one milted too, I think it is from
avrage use. So I got a mip 360 tuned pipe for
my nitro buggy from www.towerhobbies.com If youre looking to get one, look for stock # 3001. It will say it is for the nito hawk, but it works and fits on the nitro buggy.

I have a Nitrohawk and had the same problem. I just Modifiied the headerpipe from an Associated, messed up a coat hanger and mounted the pipe to the side through the alum. bar hole.
