Post OS Motor in a N.Hawk question

I have a nitro hawk that I adapted a OS CZ12Z motor to fit by cuttingpart of the crankshaft down on a lathe so the flywheel would fit. But now the motor is getting old and I was going to get a OS-CVR 1hp motor for it, but instead of having the crank cut again is there a way I can use a flywheel/clutch setup from a rustler since it looks like this setup will bolt onto the OS motor w/out any modifications. And if so is there a way to align the clutchbell to the spur gear since it looks like it will be off since the cluch setup will be reversed? Thanks for any help

    Hello Dano
Your best bet is to cut the crankshaft. Not only will the Nitro Rustler clutch bell not line up with the spur gear. You will not be able to install the brake band bracket due to the flywheel being on the inside instead of the outside. This would leave you in a situation of having no brakes.
