    Hi!

You better think it twice, last night we were running at a parking lot, all my friends have HPI with that engine installed, I had my Stock TRX 4 tec, 2 of them blown their engines, one of them was new, I know that they run great but are expensive to keep working

    Cool

    Hey Hillbilly
I posted some info when I installed mine
    Heres the link

As for the OS engines there great & reliable
Sounds more like an operator error
Tune them right & they run forever

I had to rebuild after a gallon of fuel. The connecting rod was in new condition, but the piston and sleeve wore. So I installed a new piston and sleeve, and after another gallon of fuel she quit again. Still the connecting rod was like new. This was also running rich. So I smashed it to bits with a hammer. But when she ran she ran good and kept her tune. There a good engine but they don't last long. I, myself, would stick with any engine with a chromed sleeve.
