Exclamation Tranny Out after only 5 tanks of fuel?

I ran only 5 tanks of fuel on my new Traxxas and it quit pulling. Running on short grass (football field) and on running track during break in. Spur gear is transferring power in to the trans/differential, but no power out to the shafts. Diff yokes are tight. Any ideas. Have not torn down yet...

only i have gallons through this bad boy... its 3 years old, but when i dug into the tranny here is what i found,

the steel topshaft gear is actually a press/friciton fit onto the shaft with a small cross pin.. my pin snapped and the gear is actually spinning on teh shaft... y doesnt traxxas just machine the gear?

thast a good question i cannot answer... hint-traxxas....
