Check your low speed needle, irragular idle is often caused by it being set incorrectly.

your idle screw might be set a bit slow and when it goes to its poistion it slows it down after 2-3 secs and or your plug is ok but not full power.
also your not using 5% nitro are ya cause if you are then thats why.

you say that after 2 or 3 seconds is slows.. does it continue to slow and then stall? If so, this is usually caused by your engine "loading up" with fuel.. the low end needle is set too rich. It should be able to idle with no problems for at least 15 seconds... and after that 15 seconds, your engine should not bog when applying throttle...

i using 20% powermaster. and i could go for a new plug

my idle is perfect. it will idle through the intire tank without me reving it up a bit. ive already done it.
but do you think its maybe cause when i let off throttle theres still a lot of pressure in the tank and in 2 or 3 secs the hard pressure goes away?

Have you pulled the air filter, reved the engine and released the throttle and actually watched what the carb does? If not, I suggest you try that..

What it sounds like to me is that the throttle is closing, but it's gummed up a bit and not closing fully, but after a few seconds the pressure on the spring from the servo in conjunction with the vibration of the engine causes the throtlle to close slightly further..
