hey nitro jimmy im getting a new t maxx tomrrow, and I bought an old one for 50 dollers i cleaned it up and i can give it to you, it has no engine and trany but its something.

$50 dollers is notting, i figure its just going to sit in my closet and get old, i will be spend my money on hop ups for my new t-maxx the fixing up that one

I saw that kid on the other board, he demanded a 200mm body at a very cheap price, and someone said, "who are you going to rip off now?'' That kid is popular because he has ripped so many people off!!! I hope they get him good.

what you do to get comensation is send him a letter saying the cops have been notified and thatyou have got in contact with a lawyer and that you would be willing to sue if he did not repay you all the money and compensation for trauma and time wasting

try it if you want justice on this matter it could work

i completely understand your problems im only 16 but i was raised to be fare and not to rip people off I made a trade with a guy about 2 weeks ago for nitro rustler the car is great and it's for 160 but with the new stamp stuff and everything with the postoffice he didn't get my moneyorder till past few days and i sent it out on the 26th so i thought i was getting screwed but i found out he was on vaction and he got everything yesterday and hes gonna mail out the car today so i hope that goes thru but until he emailed me yesterday i was going thru same fustration as you are cause i thought i was screwed out of 160 dollars but cars coming and i can't wait. I think they need to make a forum here but has garentees of ebay so you can't get screwed and if you do you have a binding contract with person so you can sue them for not completing there part of deal thats my proposal anyway i hope you get your truck back it's just wrong to take peoples things and lie and decieve them i hope you get some justice and if you go to court you put the kid and his mom into a red cross shelter after you finish sueing the junk out of them.

Seems hes using fake names, and the same address. I don't know if that helps in any way. However his mothers name must be carol. When u send a package, it does not matter what name it has on it... It could be to Dr. John Doe. all the PO does is send it to that address. So he can use whatever names he would like.

Hey Nitro Jimmy, dont know if this will help you any but I'm in cheatcc.com alot, and the only way to get E-Mail through them is to sighn up with a credit card, maybe you can get a profile on him or contact cheatcc themselfs to let them know about his little RIP OFF scams, hey maybe if you get the police involved they can get ALL of his info from them EVEN HIS CREDIT CARD #'s

Hello,,I posted a thread on Hobbytalk.com in their trader area.Someone read it and drove down that street that he lives on.He said there is one house that has no visable street numbers and that the house looked pretty trashy.So we shall see what happens now.Hopefully we can resolve this problem.
