help i been rip off by e-maxx and transam69 how can you guys help me!!!!!!!

ok this is my story . in the other forum( radio control) where i met sweet, AKA e-maxx , AKA transam69 i traded my blackfoot for his Hpi pro2 i ask him to send the car ARTR and that i would send my blackfoot ARTR . so we had a deal.it tuns aout he send it RTR with . when i got the car is was junk. i was not built . and the radio was trash and the ESC did not work the crod where you plug it to the reciver was cut off. the rims had holes . i have to put some money to the car to get it built . since i m into nitro i decided to trade it for a nitro car .


so i did i trade it for a t-maxx. 1 month later i was getting calls from this little kid's mother telling me that i have rip off her son. that i did not send him a radio . i told her that the car he sent was trash and i have to put some of my money.she ask me if i could send the radio that her son had giving to me i told her that the car and radio was gone because i send it in a trade for a t-maxx. i told her that i was going to e-mail the guy if he had the radio.i told her to call me back.

the guy e-mail me back and told me that he had thown the radio to the trash.also she never called . i think that this kid hsa some prombles in his head because when i told him that i traded the car for a t-maxx he strated to scream like crazy over the phone. then on Mon, 4 Feb 2002 he sends me a e-mail form e-maxx telling me that some one told him that i had a t-maxx and he would trade 5 cars for my t-maxx.(i have all his e-mails)so i told him ok . he also told me that his friend woiuld picth in some cars too.so i traded my t-maxx for 2 super nitros , 1 rs4 2 and 1 nitro MT. (he never had these cars). so i send him my t-maxx on SAT. 9 because he said that he had sent the cars on thursday and since i have not send him a tracking # he had stop them.he got the car on monday the 11.

he gave me his tracking # and when i looked it up it said that i was shipped on the same dau he got my t-maxx.(he was lying that he had stopped it on friday because i didnt send my t-maxx. when i looked at the tracking # it said that i would get it on friday. well today is friday and i was expecting my cars but guess what i got . i got my blackfoot broken in pieces and it is missin all the parts in other words its a junk car .the body i sent him was in good condition ( it was a hard top body) he sent it broken in 2 pieces. i have been rip off fot the first time and i dont think that i will be into r/c cars anymore. also i have all his info. here are his e-mail

thanks for the support. he lied about sending his packge because he he told me that he had put a stop to his packge he was lying. when he got my packge then was when he send out his . he is a little kid whos playing games . tomorrow i will got to the police because where i live they have a special department that specalize in internet prombles. so they said that with the evidance that i have i have a good case.this kid will have to return my t-maxx or we will take this to court.

Nitro-Jimmy I know how you feel. He tried to do it to me but thank god I got my truck back when I found out how the little kid is. I hope he knows he has someone now thats going to be on his tail getting his stuff all back. I think that everyone that has been ripped off by this little con artist needs to get on the boards, go to the police, and get everything he has ever stolen back. this is a bunch of and makes me never never want to trade/sell/buy anything ever agian. hope you get you're Maxx back dude. I talked to my dad today and his best friend works for the police. My dads friend said its called internet fraud. you can press charges on him very eaisly. Is all you have to do is go to the UPS and tell them the situation. They will probably ask you for a phone #/ address. they will track the package from where it was sent to where it was heading. they will have a UPS truck stop and ask the family/household questions and if they dont show up w/ the truck they will have the police in the community involved. hope I am of some help bye dude hope you get you're truck back from the little immature kid.

Dang that sucks man about the Trade

but i heard in another post somewhere since its a KID you cant go into contracts or agreements with minors so i dont think you can take him to court (im not sure on this but its just what i heard)

well since his mom has a part to do with this then i will track her donw because wheni was talking with her on the phone she told me that "she is concernd on what her son does and the things she sell or trades or buy and her son never rips people off " but she knows what her son has done. also tristan and her mom have been ripping people off for 4 months now and they have been getting awy with it . we need to put a stop to this ASAP

Well if you do go to court, you will have to take his mother on. Since he is under age he cannot be held accountable for any of his actions. On the other hand, from what it sounds like; his mother has a part in this deal. Therefore, you can go to court and plead against her, and she will be slapped with a fine. Hope this helps.
