my engine goes full throttle but i only go 5 m.p.h i think it might be my clutch???? please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

try adjusting the high speed needle. you could sit your car on a stand so that your wheels move freely and adjust the carb until you get power. (dont open it wide open when the wheels are not on the ground)

when i firs got my car i tuned it REALLY lean and it only went 5 mph lolD richen it and see whatr that does.

If you really are getting full throttle (full engine rpm) then you are loosing the revs of the engine somewhere in the drivetrain.......the clutch is the likely culprit but the diffrentals could also be giving the problem

You said the engine was wide open, so were the RPMs high also, or was the engine bogging? If the RPMs were high, there is something stuck in the driveline somewhere. Whether its a rock, or the brake. If the engine is bogging, then you need to tune it.
