    Stock springs: progressive or linear?

    Hey Guys,

All the Stampede 4x4 pics at the site shows linear springs, but on this video with Mike Jenkins it shows progressive springs...

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tged7wnH1XE[/

Which one is the stock spring for the Stampede 4x4?

I guess PeterV can asnwer this.

    Thanks!

    Daniel.

Linear springs are standard. The truck Mr. Jenkins has in the video is a full-option rig that has the Slash Big Bore shock set (5862) installed, which includes progressive springs. BUT, if you get those shocks, you should run the standard Stampede 4X4 linear springs, or the Slash 4X4 progressive springs. The springs that come with the 5862 set are designed for the Slash 2WD, and will be too soft for the 4X4s.

Now, about that full-option truck: it was displayed to show what you could do with options on a Stampede 4X4. We aren't selling it that way.
