MERV to SumV conversion in progress:
Shock oil & springs, wheels & tires, LT rockers installed...

and then with the very limited edition

black plastic pushrods & toe links...

Pinion is not yet swapped out. The exocage is on-hand, but the bumpers and body are still on their way. As of now it's still a Summer-V.

I have installed the following Mods.
Front LED light kit into bumper from full size Summit.
Firmer Purple springs.
Traxxas red Toe-Links and Push Rods.
RPM Axle Carriers.
Proline Titus 2.2 wheels.
Proline Masher Tires.

With Original Body -

With Hummer body. Stole it off of a toy car about the same scale as 1/16

More to come.

Rear light kit
2ea Maxamps 6.6v LiFe Batteries for series running
If that works well, I will try using 2ea Maxamps 9.9v LiFe Batteries for Parallel running.

Well, im finally able to post up some pics!!
Lots of upgrades- Proline Epics, Geolanders, Purple shocks springs, 60wt, Dual Steering Servos and GPM Steel telescoping shafts all the way around...Oh and a half eaten ham sandwich courtesy of my 4 year old.

Here is my summit with stock wheels and 2.2 Dirt Hawg Tires. This set is lower than stock tires.
Bellow is using 4 front Rustler wheels and 2.8 Road Rage tires. This set is a little taller than stock tires.

Recently converted the merv to the summit, still waiting on parts... but this is how she sits for now. NOW this truck is beast, so glad I did the conversion!

Well, I dyed my chassis, rockers and pushrods so it's all black, took a couple of hours but I love the way it came out. Here's a couple of pics of my summit, just the body, bumpers and wing is a Revo, everything else is Summit... Wait, should I be in the Revo section of the forum, I hope you guys don't think I'm a traitor
