Welcome to the Stampede 4x4 Gallery, a place where everyone can show off pictures of their latest bodies, or chassis modifications. Feel free to list all of your current hop-ups, etc.


Here are the rules:

1: This thread is for pictures only, if you have a question for one of the people posting a picture, please send them an e-mail or a PM so the thread doesn't get cluttered with chit-chat. (if you are posting a picture, please make sure your preferences are set to receive PM's from other members)

2: Maximum picture size should be 640x480 (preferably smaller) so it will fit on most people's computer screens without scrolling, and to be considerate to those on a dial-up connection. Anything larger will be deleted.

3: Anything off topic will be deleted.

4: Any "dead" links - you guessed it - deleted.

5: One post per member please, if you have new pictures PM a MOD and they will delete your old post so you can post the new stuff.

Just wow! I loved it.

Recieved it last week and added a few upgrades from slash 4x4 platinum, minus the sway bar. Had a blast with it, much more fun than the 2wd version (flips alot). This thing was hard to flip even on a fast corner. I highly recommended.

Upgrades:
-traxxas slash platinum big bore shocks
-Slash 4x4 blue aluminum front knuckles w/ C-hubs and blue aluminum rear axle carriers
-Traxxas Slash 4x4 Front and Rear RPM Arms Blue

Sadly my esc fried on my first pack~ Lowered the stock body and removed most of the decals. I got bored and decided to mount an old damaged mini-slash body on it lol. May as well bash it.

I haven't done a ton of mods yet. Alum knuckles, c-hubs and rear blocks. Proline Powerstroke shocks (Slash rears on front and back). RPM a-arms, and Proline 17mm hub adapters to run 8th scale wheels/tires. I also did the body lowering trick, although I don't know if I did that before or after these pix:

Here's the body shot. I have a replacement body that is in for paint....a Ford Raptor, IIRC.

So far, I'm really liking this truck! My crawlers have been taking up my free dinero lately, but I do intend to do a bit more work on this, although nothing extreme.

just a couple more with a different body on it.. the body is all beat up but I kind of like it.









A couple with the K-10 body on it... I'm going to fab some lexan panels for the sides to take up the gap between the tub top and the body bottom... just some lexan rectangles painted black might shoogoo them on or just use some heavy duty velcro.. not sure yet..




just a few of my freshly painted jconcepts raptor body and new trenchers all clean and pristine before i get them dirty...






I want to mention, with this body and these wider tires there is some rubbing in the front at max suspension compression and maybe a tad in the rear but not as bad... I even over trimmed the wheel wells! so just a warning.. I'll have to switch to a different body for jumping or use the talons I guess. hmmm

This is my p4de. First is close to stock

Then I added ultimate upgrades. This is the Blue Buyou.

This is a body my buddy painted last week. My wife took the pictures. So what did I do...hmmm I guess I am the wallet. My buddy surprised me with the autobot symbol which looks awesome. My only instructions to him were I wanted a couple shamrocks, the rest was up to him. I think it turned out awesome!!!

My son and I painted out first lexan body. He wanted to do a Zombie theme. Overall, everything turned out pretty good. Can't wait to get another body to try something different. Previously, I lowered the body, but for the Hummer, I had to go back and put on the original posts. I also got some Trenchers, first glue job. What a ordeal that was!

First attempt with new bodies, every part especially painting. Could be better but not bad for first time I think. Suggestions on rear body mount for raising it a bit are appreciated. I took the stock mount off and used the battery posts in its place.

Soo i figured i should add a few pics as you can see im waiting on a motor also having a concepts raptor body pro air brushed,Proline bad lands tires and desperado wheels also coming.. here is a quick list of my hop ups at the moment:
ST racing front steering blocks and knuckles

MIP front and rear cvd's
King headz motor mount (and i polished out the top just for looks)
Robinson racing slipper clutch/spur gear assembly with a Robinson absolute pinion gear
Traxxas big bore aluminum shocks with ST racing caps

Traxxas wheelie bar wheel upgrade which i polished out the red ano finish
Venom 3s 5400 lipo pack
RC screwz stainless steel screw kit...NO MORE RUSTY SCREW HEADS!!

Here's my Pede. Pretty simple. I have the Proline Raptor body, Trencher tires, MIP CVD's, Castle 2400kv SCT combo 14/54 on 3s 4400mah 25c. I kinda suck at painting, and didn't want to mess up the body, so I made it simple. I recently added an STRC motor plate and King Headz motor mount; I gotta clean it up and take a few more pics.



The batts are 2x 2200mah 25c with a parallel connector. Just making use of my airplane batts til I order more.
