    Shipping update

    Well the traxxas site has updated from shipping on the oct 11th to now shipping!!!

    Traxxas is already shipping. Just because Tower says late October that shouldn't be enough evidence to warrant a fail.

    I agree with what you are saying, I do logistics for a living. But, as a lesson learned, Traxxas may want to abandon the "Now Shipping" and move to a "Now Available" banner on their site to coincide with availability in the shops and on the web. We are an impatient culture and business success is all about understanding the culture of your market/customer and finding ways to better interact. Just an opinion, not saying it is the right one. There is one thing that Traxxas can be proud of for sure... They make the coolest R/C products, so cool that we can't wait to get our grubby hands on them! Case in point, I just got an ERBE and I am considering selling it to by three more Rally's so my whole family can race in our cul-de-sac! lol

    Hobby town called me today. They said they have a order in for me. I have a few things ordered from there. They said something about a car and battery along with other items. Hope its my vxl rally.

    When I check my back order status at Tower is says in process. I'm guessing they don't work weekends so it won't move from there until Monday. Hopefully it will ship on Monday and arrive mid week. Man, that is a long time to wait! lol

    Would have loved to. Grandparents in from out of town. Don't get to see them all to often. But there's alway's in the morning when the hobby shop open's. I hope it's my rally. If not like i said i'm waiting on an 1/8th scale buggy i ordered also.

    Actually they will be open on Sat and Sun, its just a matter if ups picks up I guess!

    @cch - it now says it's being packed, and to allow 2 business days for shipping because the shipping companies don't accept them on the weekend. No worries here, at least I know it's on its way!
