Yes they didn't use the sliver chassis like on the platinum revo. When the slayer first came out it was on the same chassis as the 2.5 revo but it was sliver.

Since the new Slayer is off the Revo 3.3 chassis, the body posts are further apart. So yes it will fit with modification but it may look goofy.

Ok the stock bare aluminum chassis is fine just got the truck free.. Buddy threw the rod out of the crank case. Thanks for your help.
