I am getting one because i have been looking for a rally car that has the toughness and guts to do on and off road. the Tamiya df03 ra is cool but it is limited to how much power you can put into it. i have been reading in other forums that people are melting gears and it is not as tough as it should be.

I'm thinking about getting one along with spare parts to turn it into a MERV. I already have a Revo 3.3 for the off-road stuff. And if Traxxas comes out with a 1/10 scale, it would be too expensive for me.
It would be cool to have access to an old go-cart track to race around on--it appears many of the shots in the video are from one.

At first I didnt want one. I thought it would be too small, and I was really looking into a 1/10 TC.
Now that I look at it, and read about it more, I kinda want one. I will not be racing with my TC, just bashing around the winding paved paths of my college campus. Scale doesnt matter anymore, and when I looked at a size comparison between a rustler and the rally, it wasnt as small as I imagined. I trust Traxxas alot more for quality than other companies, and since its built off of the erevo styling or whatever, I know that it will stand up to my abusive driving style
I think it would be alot of fun! I really want one now!

my wife wants insteadof a merv, so i imagine ill get one as well and it will be fun to zoom around with them, she is deathly afraid ill run over her's with a larger scale rc!!!

Don't have a LHS, Pre-Ordered mine from Tower $240 with Super Saver Club, No shipping no tax. Already have a 1/16 Slash and 1/16 Revo so I have plenty of batteries can't wait. Needed something to run on my dead end street and parking lots.
