    Tires that last?

I know this has been covered several times, as I have spent literally hours reading old threads about tires, but I am wondering if there is anything new out there in.
I burned up my Anacondas in one weekend, which wasn't surprising as I run on asphalt only and was just having fun with the car (burning out, donuts etc.)
I've been running Jacos for a little bit now as I have only been experimenting with high speed runs, but I threw on a set of Proline Road Rage II's (2.2's) to go mess around in my favorite parking lot.
Where I run is smooth blacktop (it's a UPS loading dock area), and I was pretty careful with these tires. In one afternoon of running, there is already a completely bald strip on about 1/3 of the tires in the rear.
It's getting expensive just to keep tires on this thing!
I lessened the camber a little in the rear with the Traxxas piece (I believe it goes from 4 to 3 degrees with this). Should I get the New Era piece that will set it to 0 degrees?
Are there any new tires out there that somebody has found that last?

For me the Panther Slicks (soft) had better grip than tha Jacos (in normal asphalt) and last longer. But Jacos doesn't ballons, better handling, etc. And adjust your rear camber to 0 degree.

Here are some proof of the tires:

This may go against what most do, but is there a way to swap your front carriers for electric carriers, that way you can run hexed wheels on all 4 corners and rotate the tires.
Some like R/C's that are fast, others like nitro

Not a bad idea, I'll look into that. It's always been frustrating that you can't rotate the tires on the Jato.

Seems to me I read something about doing just that. BUT, I have no clue where I saw it. Sorry. I bet someone here will have an answer for you/us.

If your interested, i posted a revised version of the mod (can't take credit for the original idea) for how to do it with aluminium parts, just in case you like the added bling.
