I haven't had it, but is a good engine. You will have to shorten the shaft, and probably modify the mounts.

    Good luck with your engine!

    Thumbs up

SuperMuncher Im sorry this topic is for me and me only!I have this in my N4-TEC.1st-NO you dont have to shorten the crank,Someone spoke about something they know nothing about! 2nd-No it isnt pull start compatable. 3rd-List of things you would need to get this sweet @$$ engine in your car,Wolfpack Radicals Big Block Conversion kit for HPI touring cars.A OS Rx.15,A bump starter,A team assosiated GT flywheel for non-pull start.A pilot nut (it is the nut that goes on the end of the out put shaft which is called a pilot shaft on a big block in most cases)New belts front and rear.Exhaust header for the Rx part# 72103210 the tension spring to hold the header on part#721103220 and for completeing the install for things you would need to do and modify. This isnt that hard if your pocket is deep enough to do it.Put it in and show the Novarossi's who is boss I like to. you will also need a slide carb kit from HPI part #A889

Oh great, now im looking at other engines the trinity P15 standard exhaust says that it pumps out 1.3Bhp...... and its cheaper than the RX... Does anyone know if trinity's are good engines, or better yet do any of you have one?

oh, opps, I was thinking of another O.S. engine, sorry. I have really only seen one of those around here, I'm not sure if they are PS compatible, they may be like the CV-R, and don't have a PS, any can't put one on either.
