    take it apart and clean it once in a while if you run it in the water. My chassis was pretty filthy when I finally had to take it apart. I had to give myself a slap on the wrist, and repeat bad Summit owner 10 times. lol

    I would suggest taking them apart to shim all the diff gears tighter rather than wait for them to blow up. Shimming will make the gears last a lot longer, so you won't have to buy parts near as often (buying all the gears is not real cheap either).
