Run time

Anyone know the rough runtime of a stock summit on the included 2 packs?
Also dutatrax 5000 DTX if ya know.

About 20-25 minutes on the stock packs and 45-60 minutes on duratrax 5000...

wow thats 2-4x what I expected

My stampede thats 1/3 the weight and much more effecient with 1 5000 pack does not last 1 hour.



HS guy told me 10-15 mins on a pair of DT 5000 packs.



**Saw a 4 or so year old boy at the park with a summit. I had a remote car that only went in a "J" shape at his age !

really depends how you are using it, if you are bashing you will get 15-20 on the 3000 mah and 25-30 on the 5000 mah, crawling will do much better.

Like quadiak said, it depends on how you drive it. With my stock summit batteries I got about 45 minutes on my summit a few times, but other times I only get about 20 minutes. Crawling a lot will give you a much longer run time. Lots of high gear running will give you a shorter run time. Don't worry though, even with a lot of high gear running the run time is still pretty good. I have some orion 4500mah's and they run significantly longer than the 3000mah's do (if that helps).
