integy heatsink + 2 coolingfans, will it fit in normal slash

eyy guys,

i have a normal slash. i did not made any changes to the rear side of the slash.

will the integy heatsink with the 2 fans fit in it?

no it wont fit, i would suggest going with something other than integy but whatever product you want you want

you will have to dremel or out however a bunch of the tranny case to expose more motor, might have to cut it right up the the mounting plate to expose enough.

Bend the second fan up, do some slight dremeling on the fins for clearance, and run an exposed motor transmission and it fits fine. Plus the aluminum trans keeps temps that much cooler. I'm running the Venom Transmission with a 4600kv Castle Motor.

I dremaled a little section out of the transmission itself. (on the top, towards the back of the tranny)

and used this. It fit all the way on and works great. With a tacon motor I think the VXl's cover would be in the way.

for 5.00 I ordered two and put the fan on top of my Sidewinder.
