^^Summit Kawasaki Edition and E-revo VXL^^
No, you would not. Because he's using a Brushless motor, it's way more efficient than the stock brushed system - especially since he's got it geared for only slightly faster than stock. I'd guess you'd get about 1 hour bashing, 2-2.5 hours of crawling, though, which is still pretty awesome!
Two Rusty VXLs, M2Ks 18/83 - Tag! You're it!
Well, here is "Big Red"
This is the truck mounted camera. Its made by Swann and was 90 bucks. Its not an hd cam, but it does very well.
The rear steering setup
The on\off switches for the roll bar lights and emergency flasher bar
the full back shot
Roll bar lights
Emergency flasher bar
and here is all the wires, switches, and a 6-cell traxxas 2200mah batter. Itried to get it all into the gas tank. it didnt work out very well for me. i will try to clean it up later on.
and a shot of the camera compared to the truck

n my 6X6 e-revo 1/16 not used invertor gear (gear in the third diff change from left to right - very simply) but in the Summit use lock diff and was additionally problems. Next step - change all CVD to metall and change motor+ESC to Mamba. I few idea about change body... Maybe Tamiya 1/14 King Hauler booth... Maybe made Summit extended from two body

my oil cooled mamba monster summit ...i like to play in the water previously had 2 wp sc8 esc that blew up in the water so i decided to make my own waterproof container ,,, ive been running the mamba monster since day 1 in this oil filled box , over 4 months now ,the heat transfer is amazing my temp sensor doesn't even reach 110 degrees just hard o get it initially sealed , the mamba is mounted to a big heat sink in the aluminum container which also dissipates heat, have some 1watt lights a winch and GMADE piggyback shocks which id recommend to anyone , these shock have amazing compression nd rebound , the tires always stay planted rc4wd rock crushers on narrow wheels and big joes 2 8000 mah batteries , lots of other mods ,,, btw my summits a little beat lol nowhere near perfect haha
front bumper broke off the night before

Here's my summit, 40 series Mudslingers on axial bead locks that I narrowed. Castle monster mamba (waterproofed) 2200kv. Traxxas cvd center shafts. Lots of fun!!
NOTErized!
put in the hpi brushless set up.. super fast and programed to crawl well with drag brake..
Not much traxxas left on this thing...
![]()
Loving the brushless! Before the castlelink it was just too much power. I toned down the punch, adjusted the power and brake curves and put in 50% dragbrake. All things not possible with evx. I could never go back now, especially with my tim cameron tendencies, its just awesome!
Same way of feel. I turned down the punch 60% and adjust the drag brake as you did, I love it. I'm still messing with the power curves. At first I was bummed that the lvd in my EVX2 took a crap and my titan 775 burned up. Now I'm glad it happened cause I wouldn't have tried out my castle system in it. Awesome!
NOTErized!
Fresh ideas?
