    Codename: Zeus

Just completed last month by putting in the new Tekin power system and New Savox Servo , Over $2000 invested in it. 100% Mechanical condition, only a few scratches on the bumpers/skids and body. This took almost a year to complete, The ENTIRE truck has been ripped 100% apart , cleaned, lubed and re-assembled. I have shimmed diff`s, very well. They were filled with 120k diff fluid and then the bulkheads were filled with the hot glue mod to re-enforce the bulkhead. Its HEAVILY Modded with most available upgrades plus some that are not even on the market yet like the LEM aluminum axles It has a Tekin RX8/T8i Gen2 1550kv power system(which has been waterproofed) with a Savox metal gear servo(which has been waterproofed) . The motor, ESC and servo have all been water-resistant tested, There is an adjustable LVA mounted on the chassis for added protection. The body is attached by a Velcro mod on the battery doors , much easier/better in my opinion. But the posts and twist-tops are still there and functional as well. Kind of a double secure system. The stock TQi 2.4GHz radio system (tx/rx) are also included. The body posts have been lowered. The battery vents have been modded to allow for the battery cables to be routed through them. The truck comes with Pro-line Trencher 40 Series tires on Tech 5 Wheels, They have been taped to reduce ballooning. They also have been balanced, this is visible by some small amounts of modeling clay inserted into the inner rim.

10 months ago It started as a brand new Traxxas Summit.

    Then added the following:
-Tekin RX8/T8i 1550kv Power System (waterproofed)
-Savox 1230-SG Metal Gear Steering Servo (500oz@6v) (waterproofed)
    -Integy Aluminum Pillow Ball Caps
    -Traxxas Double Orange Springs All-round
    -Integy Aluminum Servo Horn
    -Integy Aluminum Servo Saver Set
    -Tbone Chassis Skid
    -Dusty Motors Shroud Cover
    -Roof light bar
    -Integy LVA
-RPM Front and Rear Bumper Mounts
    -Ham Sandwich Mod
    -HD Slipper clutch
    -GH Aluminum Servo Guards
    -GH Aluminum Center Skid
    -Traxxas Servo Plate
    -Traxxas 65t spur gear
    -TQi 2.4GHZ TX/RX
    -RRP 11t Pinion
    -T Bone Racing A-Arm skids
-Leading Edge Machining Aluminum Diff Cups
    -Traxxas Steel Center CVD`s
    -LEM Hardened Differential Spider Gears
-Trenchers on Tech 5 Wheels (Taped)

Do not wither with the passage of time. Allow eternity to regard your name forever. Cast your summit in the stone scribing of history.

Why did you remove the 2 speed transmission? Probably not necessary with the 1717 no?

And how are the diffs holding up with such a powerful monster motor?

The first gear for crawling could not withstand the power form the motor,by eliminating I am using just the main second gear gear thats a lot,a lot stronger.plus having a spare channel to control led lights is awesome.alazingly the diffs are very good i have been bashing with them for over a year and "knock on wood" they are still holding up.
