Titian Brushless system

do you guys think this brushless system or just the esc will work in a pro boat formula fasteck
cause i really would like reverse and lipo cut of in it but it has some cheap esc in it that doesn't have reverse and the esc frys on lipos
sorry mods if this isn't aloud i would just want to know if this sytem would work i would just buy the boat its self but im not aloud to buy anymore RC's LOL

i think it would be way too much motor for that hull, but it would work.

I would be only running on Nimhs and 2 2cell lipos at the most if it would still be to powerful what about just the ESC

I would assume, like all brushless systems, this VXL ESC will run any brushless motor that isnt sensored. So you could install the ESC in your proboat and run the stock proboat brushless motor on your lipo batteries. I would also assume that this ESC wont come availiable for individual sale for a little while after the complete boat comes out though.

Does the Proboat have the stock esc and motor?
If so, the stock system in the Proboat is one of the best you can get right now..

ya its stock i have gone through 3 ESC's and one happened when i hook up my lipos if frying in about five mins meltting the water proof box to the boat still smells like burt electronics
and i really want reverse so i can make a trailer for it

Are we talking the stock brushless system?
If so those are the most bullit proof systems out there...
And the most used for stock class racing...

yes i am using the stock brushless system i don't know i must have had bad luck the thrid one is almost a year old and its still going strong

I do wonder what the Traxxas esc will cost?

FYI, The VXL can run sensored mode. That's what the AUX ports is for.
