    #6851R Driveshafts?

Has anybody heard about the release the #6851R Steel CV Driveshafts? They are shown in the Accessories category of the Slash 4X4 overview (LINK) (page 6) but I haven't seen any yet. Buytraxxas shows them as "Out of Stock" and I haven't seen any store acknowledge them yet.

My main question is, will they fit on the 2WD?
Since stock 4WD ones fit on the 2WD, but they can extend and shorten afterall.

Except the Tekno's use 6mm axles and larger bearings which is why they're going to be nice and strong whereas, I honestly don't think the Traxxas cvd's will be that great because they'll still be using 5mm axles and smaller bearings which are the obvious weak point of the truck. Don't get me wrong, I'd love it if Traxxas truly "fixed" the problems associated with the current setup. But unless they make it out of unobtanium, they will probably suffer the same problems as the MIP's or bend the axles and burn up bearings which is the same problem people are having with their stock setup.
