Slipper bearing

Some of the local guys say to use a ceramic bearing in place of the TRX 5119 , anybody try this or do I have to just live with changing the stock ones all the time ? I tried the hardware store and they dont have any bearings ....

Just one of many solutions.. I used a 5x16 bearing, but the same sort of thing is shown here.

Also try searching " Slipper" and you will find dozens of posts and what others have done. Including myself..
