So I ordered a platinum 4X4. What are the weak spots on the truck that need to be changed? I want to keep it as stock as possible for a race truck though. Right now I have a heavily modded Rustler VXL as my basher. Thanks for any comments.....

Keeping things stock (unless there's a known common deficiency) is usually
a good recipe for reliability - assuming factory has done their R&D testing etc
Only real 4X4 weakness imho is fixed with 6888X and a proper steel pinion gear.
