What pipe for a moded 3.3 engine?, for an OS 21?

First I need to decide which engine for my dead engine Jato, a modified TRX 3.3 or an OS21 TM. But if I decide for the modified 3.3, which pipe do you guys recommend me?

And for an OS 21 TM?

Having both of them the .21TM has more of a quality build to it. It was easier to tune, and last longer if properly cared for. I had my .21TM with the THS pipe and it was an awesome combination.

I agree. 150% my os is way easyer to to and when I istalled it put it on then fired it up and it took less time to start the fresh os then a tuned 3,3. And I haven't had to tune it very often either. LOVE IT!!!!!

Get the best of both worlds...get a 21tm and get it modded. That's what I did and I am just waiting for it to come back (Robin @ ERCM is going an extreme mod on it).
As far as pipes go, the THS is a nice pipe on the 3.3 (modded or stock) and so is the stock dual chamber pipe (the Jato stock pipe is DC, correct?).
I will be trying one of Robin's pipes too on my Revo...should work on a Jato, too...

I have both 21tm & AB mod 3.3..... I take the 21tm w/ THS pipe, IMO.

OS all the way. i have a hand full of 18tm's and some are very heavy modded. they hold a tune like a dream, and will take a pounding!! sorry but the only traxxas mill i have respected is the pro 15

I've seen the website and the facts of that pipe, and it looks to me like a great pipe!! it does the same as two pipes S/C and D/C at the same time!! i don't see that as a bad thing, but if i'm wrong someone please enlighten me as to why its a bad pipe!! but IMHO i would do it!!. I'm going to get one as soon as i get the Cheddar!!

Does the OS .21 fit with the stock eng mount ?? Any thing else to make it fit the Jato??

The O.S .21Tm or .18Tm will drop right in with no mods.

The Buku was a beast on my 18tm. I would imagine it would only be that much better with the 21tm.

Wouldn't you save more money keeping the .21TM instead of getting the 3.3 modded?

I just sold my modded .21TM last month for $125.

I didn't notice any difference in sound level with the .21TM vs. 3.3
