    SLAYER TO REVO conv.

hi all, well like many have here before. i am changing my slayer to a revo.only because thier are no tracks to run at. only ball field. or a construction site..so i figure that doing the conversion, i will get more play out of my slayer.it sits most of the time. i have had it for about a yr. i run my summits more then the slayer. so to bash , i am changing.ill post pics when it's done...and with the wider stance of the revo arms makes it more stable

Sounds like a plan. I would be interested in the parts cost for this, as I think I might convert mine instead of going brushless with it. (4X4 Slash build on the way)

I just got done with my partial conversion, didnt do the trans or anything, just arms shafts and linkages. Found arms on ebay for 15 bucks, the shafts were like 12 I think, and the pushrods and tie-rods ended up costin me like 40 at the LHS.

But it'll lose all its character of being a Slayer!

If that's what works for ya though, and gets you running it again, more power to ya. Easiest way to figure up cost is the exploded views and parts lists. Prices are in the parts lists and you can get prices and see pictures of parts at http://www.buytraxxas.com .
