    Pinned wheels video

Rained all day, but the pins work like a champ.

There's more setup to do, and the truck is still really quick.

WOW...never thought that they're pretty driveable too...I wonder how they will perform on sandy surfaces, just curious...
Myth busted: Blitz is not faster on the track.

Man, that looks faster than rubber tires! I would be curious to see the laptime difference! How's the yard holding up?

    Compared to:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4nyxw4Aufig

I'm a good 3 seconds faster around the track on pins, in soggy wet! Plus I actually stay on the track. With the anacondas I'm cutting some corners, especially the sharp one in the far corner after the straight along the fence.

I'd say this is the stickiest tire setup I've ever had. Its way more sticky than rubber on dry pavement.

Next step is to gear it up, and hit 50 on grass. I've never been able to go really fast on grass with the slash.

    What are your temps like?

Also I remember in a previous thread you had steering problems, did the fronts recieve the same treatment as the rear ?
