    Setting up novak 5.5hv

Other then the motor and ESC what will I need to se this combo up?

I will be getting the CC MMP and the Novak 5.5HV. I know the MMP has bullets already attached. Will I need more bullets, wires (gauge?), CC link kit?

ALso with the CC link do I need it straight away for setting up a sensored system or can I use it later on?

the castle link can be bought later on.
myself: I got the field programcard and comes with usb cable and can be used both ways, with or without computer.

get some 12awg and the 5.5mm bullets from castle creations itself.

5.5mm can handle a bit more amps then the stock bullets on the MMP

oh, and you need some heatshrink

Don't forget some 5mm pinions. Your stockers won't work

Castle has been including a coupon for Castle Link with new MMPro's. It entitles you to a free USB link or the new field link fo $10. Most important default settings to change are to remove the timing advance and to defeat reverse if you're racing.

You may want to relocate your controller to the front mounting location to make room for the larger motor. If so, then you'll require the Rustler VXL receiver box.

Yeah, I had mine mounted that way, but moved it to better accomodate the sensor wire.

Novak sells them, as well as alot of other places. You must have a Mod 1 pinion. What you need is a 32p, or a mod .8
