go for the 32p gears, you won't like the 48p steel gears. 16/56 or 15/54 IDk what gears would work for you so might have to try a few and see what works best for you

Your 5700 gets hot, no? Try the 15/86 or 13/86. If you do get 32p the 15/56 would be ideal I believe.
I'm trying to push my 5700 too far with 23/76.

gear ratios can be figured out regardless of pitch by simply dividing the tooth count of the spur by the tooth count of the pinion. For example:
    17/86 gear ratio is 86 divided by 17 = 5.05

If your talking 32p gearing its the same process
you need to find a set of gears that will give you a ratio of 5.05. What this is saying is that for every rotation of the spur, the pinion must rotate 5.05 times. This ratio has nothing to do with the pitch of the gears. Its simply a statement of the interaction between the motors output shaft and the top shaft of the transmission. The correct 32p gears to get a 5.05 ratio would be 11/56 giving you a ratio of 5.09.
