    shock size

    what size are the stock shocks for the summit?
    is there an 'AA' for RC addicts?

    The bodies are p/n# 5460X and the springs are 5648 for the red springs with two yellow stripes and 5649 for the red springs with the double orange stripe.

    I got a full set for $15 on ebay. They seem to go really cheap.

    I know a lot of people here run stiffer springs in the rear to get rid of the sag.

    Rulers are handy gadgets, or even a set set of calipers..

    If you are going aftermarket, they usually want eye to eye measurement, pull one out to measure though.

    I wonder if you could get longer shocks and move the mounts inward to get more travel? Not a lot of space there but something could be done I'm sure.
