LiPo Balance Plug question

I picked up a pair of Thunderpower 2s 25c 3300 mAh LiPo's in a trade, and I noticed the balance plug is not a JST like my other packs. I've got an Astro Blinky balancer and that only balances JST plugs. I also picked up a Triton EQ balance charger and the balancer it comes with only uses JST plugs. But I did find that on one of the balance bricks that the Triton EQ comes with, there is a plug that will fit the Thunderpower balance plug. But, that is labeled as a 6s in a series. It will fit fine in the smaller portion but that is the only spot on the whole brick that it will fit. My question is, can I balance a 2s battery if it is in part of the 6s series slot? it's labeled as 6s series, and there are two spots to put in your balance plug. The first one (the longer one) does not fit, but the second one does. Thank you in advance.

Wow I just read the balancer more, it says 2s + 3s series where I plugged it in. So what does series classify as and can I put a single 2s battery in that slot? So thats my new question, scratch the other one .
