    rocks crawling

I have a stock Summit. And now I want to replace tires and wheels (Rok Lok 4.0 Comp Tires on Axial Oversized Narrow Rocksters Beadlock Chrome).
And a question is if you increase the weight of the front part of the Summit? I think, or leave it that way, or hang a piece of metal in front, or buy an aluminum skid plate (central or/and front skid plate)... What will you say those who have experience in rocks crawling?

Adding weight low in the chassis helps.

What I've done or other comp crawlers have done is use lead weights inside the tire stuck to all four rims to help keep it from flipping front over back or vise versa...

I did this with my Clod and it helpped.

Bigger tires like that are going to make it more flipover-prone when climbing up stuff, so any weight you add to the front bumper or other areas down low up front can only help.
