    Mini E-Revo upgrade

    I recently purchased a 4x4 Slash with the 2.4 radio. The model # is 2238 which is a high output 2 CH. I also have a 1/16 E Revo VXL that I would like to run off of the same transmitter. My question is can I purchase just the receiver # 2218 for $ 39.and use my Slash Tx. Thanks
