Parts for Summit Conversion to E Revo

Please could someone please list all the parts (with part numbers ideally) that I would need to turn my summit into an EREVO??

    Thanks very much

    Here ya go:

Painted body (yes, the picture is wrong)
    Body posts
    Wing mount
    Wing
    Bumpers
    P2 Rockers (or P1 or P3 Rockers, P3 requires 5319 pushrods)
Spacers (for use with P2 rockers on stock pushrods)
    Tires/Wheels
    Motor & ESC
    ESC mount
2.4GHz radio (if yours has the 27MHz radio)

These items are what will turn the Summit exactly into an ERBE having the extended wheelbase arms, but also having two speeds and lockers (well, you could go even further and get things like the Blue & Silver springs, 30wt shock oil and E-Revo standard wheelbase arms too, but that's really going far with it lol).

Note that if you peruse Ebay, you'll find tons of this stuff FAR cheaper (E-Revo take-offs), actually making this conversion very practical.

make, convert, converting, making, turning, Summit, in to into E-Revo erevo (terms for those searching lol)

Thanks very much for your help.

What weight oil is stock on the Revo and what is stock oil on my Summit??

Of the rockers P1,P2 or P3 which are supplied on the stock BL Revo??

    I already have a spektrum DX3s with a MMM ESC/Motor.

Thanks for your help so far.

Sorry one other thing is all the gearing on the Summit the same strength as a Revo?? I obviously know that it is dual geared, I was just wondering if it was a strong, I would imagine so?? However wouldnt mind confirmation.

    Thanks

Stock ERBE gearing is 18/65, and includes an optional 54T spur you can install yourself.

Drivelines on both cars are the same strength, the Summit actually having stronger axle shafts than the E-Revo's. I've seen one report of someone blowing up the 2-speed clutch though, although I suspect it came from trying to shift it while going too fast (it does make a rather hard clash if you try to do this). Mine's been problem-free for nearly a year now.

P2s and 30wt shock oil is stock ERBE. Summit has 50wt shock oil.

Also I think ERBE uses #1 shock pistons up front, #2 rear. The Summit has #2 both frt/rr.

so the transission is the same as the revos? I thought the summit had the revos 1st gear (high) but has low gear instead of the revos faster gear?

Transmission is exactly the same, but having the 2-speed conversion (wide ratio) already installed out of the box, which adds the Low gear.

The Erevo has a single speed trans where the Summit has a 2 speed. The Summits high gear and the Erevos are the same. The Summit just has the added low gear.

One major thing if you do a full conversion. I would highly recommend staying away from the e-revo stock tires. If you want street tires go with proline roadrage on 40 series wheels. They are a pretty good tire foe the revo and handle the speed a lot better then the talons. If you want a good all around tire for decent speed and off road I would go with proline mashers. Also 40 series tires. And also. Using the dx3 radio. It only has 3 channels. To make this work you would have to rig the servos different. Mainly the t-lock. From what I've heard people who use the dx in the summit make it so that when in low gear the diffs are locked and in high gear unlocked. Can't give much help on how to do this but search the summit forums for dx3s or dx3r and see what you find.
