Also ordered an extra pack, series and parallel adaptors. I'll more than likely go lipo eventually, but for now I'll be happy with the nimh packs. Now I can drive the dog crazy inside my house.

hope u got big house, brushed or not. If brushed dont series if vxl use the speed pinion. Unless ofcourse ur rich and like replacing engines and esc's alot..lol

LOL!! Yeah its brushless, forgot to add that, like my Rustler. I "idle" around so the dog can feel like she catches it. She even gets excited when I work on my Rusty.

Yeah the power is just insane especially with the series, I would recommend to drive with the parallel adapter and inven with training mode for the first time.

Exactly the reason I'm not sure I want to go lipo with it. Only reason I got the series adapter, someday I might lose my mind, and want insane speed and power. I still remember the first video I saw of the prototype doing standing backflips.

Oh your trigger finger is gonna get itchy as soon as you drive it. I give you a day before you slap in two packs and the series connector! I got merv and slash vxl. So much fun flying by full scale cars down my block sounding like Velcro being ripped apart from the speed! The backflips with a twitch of your finger. The power slides on baseball diamonds!
