    maybe get a new nitro

I just sold my revo 3.3. not sure why, but i priced it to a friend and he bought it. I had a previos 2.5 revo prior to it and really liked both but i figured it since i sold it, maybe i would get something else. I have been looking at the slayer. How is it compared to the revo? I want 4wd so i dont know if i just want to get another new revo or change to something else.

Well in that case, try the slayer and see how it goes.... I haven't got one, so i can't really say. ~~ But whatever you choose, it will still be good

You'll love the Slayer. It is basically the same thing as a 2.5 Revo except the A-Arms and push rods are shorter. There are a few other small differences but it is basically a 2.5 Revo chassis set up with a TRX 3.3 in it rather than the 2.5R. It is a great durable truck. The good thing about you getting a Slayer is that you are already familiar with the lay out of the components.

    Plus,..........the Slayer just looks great!
    It's only money right?........

well i joined the towerhobbies super saver club for $10, now i have a $60 off coupon to use on a truck. I see the new revo comes with the 2.4 radio, flat cell, battery for starter, chargers etc. The slayer still has the old style radio and no accessories. Decisions, decisions! does anyone know if the slayer is going to have the new radio option soon?

I have a nice little Stampede, 1.5 and an awesome 3.3 Jato. Jato does well in grass with Talon tires and is FAST !!!! with Anaconda tires. My $.02

i think i am leaning more towards the new revo. Even though it costs a lot more. I have not seen a slayer in person and none of the hobby shops around have one so i dont want to get one and then not like it. I know i like the revo so that may be my safe bet. Plus., the guy that i will be bashing with bought my old revo

i just ordered a revo from tower. the $60 off coupon worked for now. Lets see if they let it process. Last time i used a code, they said i already used it so they cancelled my order. I had already used it once so i wasnt really mad. I did use a $60 off code before but it was a few years ago.
