Threw on a set of piggy backs now I can drop it with no chassis slap! I used some fuel tubing for a spacer on top and drilled holes in the back of A Arms for bottom mount.

Good ingenuity!
WOW, I gotta try that!
JESUS says: "Fix it B4 it Breaks!"
Not to nit-pick but those aren't piggyback shocks. A piggyback is when you have the resevoir for extra oil attached to (piggy-backed) off the main body
Some like R/C's that are fast, others like nitro
Oh like on my 4x2, sorry I thought that was the correct terminology when you add a second pair of shocks. So is there a name for a 2nd pair?
Thanks

so that thing bounces all around in the rough because of how much spring you have on that thing right?
you need to change your piston and shock oil to compensate for your driving conditions, which i take it your jumping a lot? you should try out some 60wt oil and 1 holed pistons
sweet, awesome idea.
rtr slash 4x4
2s lipo
some other rc stuff

by the way...COOL idea. I'm not sure I'd like that for the track...but for BASHING maybe. Although I wonder how that would affect parts breaking?
When you get the chance to test that out I'm sure we'd ALL love to see some video!

Ya I got 60wt in all 4 rear and 35wt front 2 I have a MMM that went up in smoke thats on its way to CC, I put the VXL system beck in for the time being so... Im not sure how it will perform with VXL but with the extra weight of the MMM I think it will be sweet. Befor mod the rear would hit the ground from 12" now can drop it from 36" lands like a cat. As far a parts breaking plenty broke befor and Im sure more will break after.
Parts Broke to date on my 4x4:
Rear Bearing Carrier
Bent Rear left axel
Chassis
Front Bulk Head
Front drive Hub
Rear Bumper
Tire
This nice part is my LHS has all the parts. He opened a few RTRs and PEs and dissembled them right out of the box so what ever part I need I can get 10am to 10pm Tuesday threw Sunday lol
