    General Brushless Motor Question

How do I tell if a motor if a 10.5 vs. a 13.5? And what is the designation of the motor that comes with the 4x4 slash?

they will need to be marked. I would guess the only other way to tell would be to weigh them, but you need the correct weight of each to know.

Which motors are you referring to?

    Stock Slash 4x4 is a 3500kv motor.

That's the coil turn count. It really doesn't matter unless you are racing spec class. Either way, the kv is what matters. And for a given turn count, the kv changes with the length of the motor. Pretty useless unless you are comparing the same size motor.

The VXL system is a 3500kv motor. I have no idea about the turn count, but I would guess a 10 turn based on the kv vs turn count of a Feigao S size motor.
