    Pro-Line Tires / Wheel Chart

    Hi

Since i have a real problem finding the according wheels for the tires i wanna make a thread and keep it updated with all tires by proline and wheels that fit them in this thread...
for now i only click myself through the tower site and look at what ppl bought with the tires and check the wheels...but somehow the sizes dont match...

wheels that im interested in for now are:

    Proline 1121:
    http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...2&I=LXKYL7&P=K

    Proline 1132
    http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...2&I=LXNKS3&P=K

which should both have the same measurements

    and the masher:
    1075

    thx for any input

not sure if u want to see only wheels from proline, but these are a great choice and many use them. I currently have them with mashers installed and so far they work great. Haven't tried them with 6s power yet, only 4s

If you do any sort of racing, it's hard to go wrong a set of these.... the price is right on 'em too.

Very grippy pre-mounts.......... just don't run 'em on the street.

i also have the phaltlines, just mounted them up about a week ago. The maximizer beadlocks i posted i am using these tires
    http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...%3E+3.2%22+all

if i am not mistaken, the maximizer beadlocks should work with all your tire choices as long as they are 3.2" and not the 40 series. If u plan on racing though, the beadlocks probably wouldn't be a good choice bc they do add a little extra weight. To me the extra weight wasn't even noticeable performance wise though

i noticed u have the badlands as one of your tire choices. I have researched a lot on the forums and the most popular combo i have seen with the badlands are the rulux half ups
    http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXTTD6&P=7
wait for someone else to chime in before ordering these though, i'm pretty sure they're the right one with the 1/2" offset everybody is using

looks like the set rush posted is for a complete set of wheels/tires already mounted and glued. Not sure about the crimefighters, haven't heard much about them. The most popular setups i ever see on these forums are: badlands/rulux half ups, masher/maximizer beadlock, hpi phaltlines, and occasionally road rages. Little advice with the phaltlines u ordered pre-mounted, i just ordered a set pre-mounted bc it was cheaper than buyin them separately. They aren't glued very well and will break loose at high speeds. I just baked the tires off real quick, sand the chrome off the mounting beads on the wheel, taped the tire and re-mounted it. So far it is holding up great

kzabak............. you were talking about the Road Rages earlier, I tracked down this set on eBay with the new Tech 5 Pro-Line wheels. I run the exact same combo on my ERBE and they are a lot grippier on asphalt or concrete than my Phaltlines were. The look good and they perform outstandingly well.

    1 more...
just seen that the LPS tires from PL are bigger and wider than the MT series...
so the rulux halfups are for the LPR size i guess???
