These are good batteries, you can charge these at 5amps with any good 50w/5amp lipo charger out there, This is my current favorite budget charger AC/DC/Balancing/50watt/5amp

If you want to charge at the 8-16amp rates you will have to go to go for more watts

Good 16amp ac/dc balancing chargers cost $200-$300 and more. More cost effective just to charge at 5 amps and wait a little longer. Batteries will probably last longer and you will save a to of money for more batteries. Also unless you need or want the 8000mah just buy the 5000mah batteries

All you need is that charger.. its doesnt need a power supply.

need answers fast!!!! What is a really good battery not lipo for a stock slash. and also it comes with the traxxas plug. i dont like the adapters.

Will the charger that comes with the slash combo charge a 7 cell 8.4v battery? I'm new to this also and I don't want to buy this Duratrax charger and adapter today if the stock traxxas charger will charge the battery.
