    Quick Cheap knuckle FIX

I don't know if this has been brought up, but for those of you saving up ur nickels & dimes for either the HR or GMP alloy knuckles here's a quick fix for the stock plastic ones. I had excessive play (about 3/4") on my left rear. Went down to the local Ace hrdwr store & got some O-rings 1/4OD 1/8ID. popped the retainer caps off & dropped the o-rings in & reinstalled the caps. no more play. sorry don't have pics. not sure how long it will last, only ran it one day before the weather turned.

    good idea.
no binding from the rubber o-ring ?

maybe a teflon washer can be used too ?

    ... just thinking out loud.

didn't seem to bind, it is a little on tight side, but does seem to function fine. like i said only ran it one day. did break an a-arm on the right rear that day.

The plastic that the retainer snaps into broke out of mine. I pushed it back in and filled the hole up with hot glue and it's holding fine until I can get the replacement knuckles.
