How fast with nue?

I have seen erevos going past 80mph with a mmm esc and a nue motor on 6s lipo. Since the slash 4x4 has the same diffs and is like half the wieght how fast do you guys think it will go?

Traxxas says 80+ mph with the 2200. You might be able to get away with running the 2650 because of the lighter car.

This is a tough one. It may get to those speed, I have seen similar cars do that. Usually they are buggies, but this is very similar.

We tried to get some top speed with the SC8e , with a Neu 1515 1.5d, we hit 78mph as best at like half throttle, it was always taking off at that speed.

The body just act like a parachute, the front skid plate didnt helped too...

We will see with the Slash, it may be different.

you would probably need a custom front spoiler or something (some rusty people use bandit wings)

u'd a very very high downforce body, new tires, and several spoilers lol

My 2wd with a MMM and neu 2200 just flies into the air @ about 60 or so.No matter how I feather the throttle it just flies through the air. Mabye if you can get some downforce 2 wings 1 in front 1 in rear mabye. Too busy trying to break 100 with my erbe to really get into the slash just yet.

u'd have to extend the shaft thru teh diff to do that make a belt driven prop that comes directly off the motor lol.

the slash is light, but the revo is definately not so you would probably be better off with the neu 1515 1.5d(this is the same size as the 2200 but has 2700kv) or the castle 2200 with a monster mamba.

the pro will probably be too small for the revo. either way, try to get the highest C rated battery you can afford regarding the revo. the larger trucks can sometimes draw in excess of 200A on a hard launch so you need a decent C rated pack or it won't last long.

I would recommend atleast 25C on a revo since some companies inflate their c rating and there is really no standard for testing.

So what is the difference between a neu 2200kv and a mamba monster 2200kv.

It says the 1515 1.5d only has a 22 volts max. What about the 1515 1y it has a 27 volt limit.

the neu 2200 has large vent holes in the can and is hand made. some claim it to be a little more effecient, but i don't think so.(i've had both) i'd go with the castle 2200 as it has a sealed can.

the 1.5d shouldn't exceed 22 volts, but many many have including me. you just have to watch your temps

no. i've found the hand wound neu (the neu 1515 1Y 2200) and the monster mamba 2200 to be identical in speed.

How do I tell the difference between a v1 v2 and v3 mmm esc? I can't tell. Also where can I get one cheapest.

if you buy it from a large retailer, like tower, it will likely be the latest version.

It should have a stamp that say V3 under the ESC if i remember...
mine is glued with double face tape on my RC8Te so i cant look..
