    One small problem...

Hey Peeps, wheres the mudflaps??? ...I know i'm not the only one noticing this? Will this maybe turn out to be an accessorrie, cuz you can't tell me they just forgot about them? All i'm saying is that if they were going for a scale realistic look it should have mudflaps, i'll buy one anyway but just thought i'd ask if they were maybe in the near future....hurrry up december

not sure if that would be considered a "problem" but they do look sweet on some of the other sc trucks. MAYBE they're planning a bumper "upgrade" set which would include these ? i wouldn't doubt it.

they didnt make them because they are useless and unnessasary perhaps :P and for a cosmetic feature they will leave it up to the aftermarket manufactueres to come out with them instead

I think they are cool too, but really, they arent benificial to the truck in any way

They are very beneficial, they keep your truck from slinging dirt onto your competitors Windshields and hindering the drivers view!

I hope the RPM stuff for the 2wd bolts right up to the new trucks. Mudflaps Rule!

okay, why are many people buying SC trucks anyway if cosmectic is useless? Thats where your wrong. many bought SC trucks because they look realistic and drive pretty realistic. If cosmetics were useless, then how come they didn't just add a small body so air doesn't catch the bodies and add gigantic tires? Because people bought it for its scale realistic "Looking" features. In turn, they should have added mudflaps to attain their "realistic" look.

well in that perspective lets complain about them being made from vacuum formed lexan, not come with window netting, or a light system..

So many people buy SC trucks because they, yes, have a basic realistic too them, but mainly because they are cheap, they are easy to drive, most beginners can race in some local stock class without dumping stacks of money into it, they tend to be durable, and the uniqueness of being able to "swap paint" without too much worry about flipping or breaking the truck.

Personally, in glad traxxas spent more time on R&D'ing the new driveline, then how to add some dangly soft rubber behind my back wheels. On that note: im also glad for companies like RPM who are able to make dangly soft rubber i can put behind my wheels if i so choose to too

I think they look cool on RC short course trucks. If Traxxas went through the trouble of getting a license on those BFG tires, why not have some cool looking mudflaps to help get the point across that these are scale looking RCs that can be totally functional as well?

Yeah, I mean HPI but them on the Blitz! Too bad that body is hideously ugly to go with them. Great looking Tires on it though, I might have to get a set of those to go on my Slash!

you get my point? But no need for light system right? I don't see any "headlights" on a CORR truck. Do you? All I see is a fake looking vinyl to replicate the look of the headlights which is no problem for RC's. Leave that to the "REALISTIC" Tamiya models.
