i think a mini e-maxx would be a horrible idea all the parts that break on an e-maxx would fall apart in your hand with a mini. aluminum parts wouldn't be any cheaper if any of you ever owned a 1/18th scale anything parts are just as expensive or more then 1/8 or 1/10. not to mention all the tiny shock shafts that would be continually bending...is it really worth it. not to mention the maxx designs are ancient. what traxxas needs to do it come out with something completely new revolutionary sort of like what they did with the revo... but new not another take from something they already have! over the years of maxx they didnt really change anything worth changing.

about small parts breaking faster i would tend to diagree but havent tried it on rc cars when i get my merv i can try but think about a twig. one is a 18 inches long and one is an inch long. which is easier to break. The longer one right? so it shoould be harder to break i think

i have owned many 1/18 scale rc and i can tell you tend to be allot more brittle then the larger scales.a mini maxx would be a joke. i think i would loose all faith in traxxas if the released any more maxx's.

I've owned a lot of mini's and with the exception of the Losi MLST line (junk) none have been brittle. My mini E-Revo will take a beating every bit as good as it's big brother.

Personally I think a Mini Maxx is a great idea and I would love to see one. Some people don't like the Maxx line but you have to remember some people still do.

Wow, have you ever taken the time to look up the prices? Here let me help you.
    1/10 revo price list:

    1/16 revo parts price list:
    http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...I=TRAD01**&P=Z

Also the parts aren't going to bend and break as you claim they will. The smaller kits weigh alot less.

Doesn't cost as much either. Not sure where rabbithazen2 shops for his rc parts but I'd be more than happy to sell waaaaaaay high to him.

+1 for the Mini Maxx. I just got into 1/18 scale and they are a lot of fun. I'd love to get a mini monster but there isn't a lot available, and seem to be popular.

I got one of the mini revo's and it's really nice but I'd rather have a mini e-maxx. Nothing against the revo I just like a true monster truck and I guess alot of people do as well. I figure the Flux was selling well so Traxxas figured they'd bring out a brushless Maxx to compete with it.

Amazing what females are willing to pay for a BAG to hold all their junk they can't seem to do without. My wife is the same way. I'd love a mini E-Maxx.

Yea if there was a Mini-Maxx BL then i would buy it.
It would be cool to have a BL edition and then a Dual Motor Brushed one also.
(I would still be buying the BL though)
Im actually thinking about getting a Mini VXL Revo but with my luck then next day they would announce the Mini E-Maxx

one thing tho the mini max would probs have revo rocker style suspension and the same chassis, atleast thats what happened to the mini slash

It wouldn't be a Maxx with out the Maxx-style suspension.

i thought the 16th slash is just a erevo 16th with smaller wheels and different body! MiniMaxx would be awsome though hope they don't do like the slash something like taller bodyposts and a MiniMaxx Body, it NEEDS to be a PROPER Maxx but Mini..........MiniMaxx hehehe

yea thats more plausable, since the slash didnt have much "Unique" features, it isnt like the Slash 1/10th, and the slayer went the revo chassis route too...,
But for an E-maxx mini you need to have maxx-style suspension.
