If you dont want more speed than what exactly are you looking for? Lipo capability? More torque? Programmability? Or just a modern more efficient system?

    top choices
    1) Tekin - (sensored - speed and great climbing ability- $$$)
    2) XERUN / EZRUN 150 amp or 80 amp (sensored - speed and great climbing ability $$)
    3) MMM with brushed motor (good speed great control with brushed motor, can be waterproofed - $)

Search is your friend - start with the esc/motor section of the summit FAQ

Why do you want brushless if speed isnt your goal?
A dewalt (brushed) motor is always an option if you simply want a but more grunt.

I don't see the need for brushless if you still wan't the 'stock' speed. Get a DeWalt, then you'll still keep it waterproof, same speed and more torque.

Edit: Are you from Norway? (RCNorge, logo in the video) If you are, so am I!

Lack of maintenance + efficiency, at least that was my reasoning when I've researched it. Even with the limited drive time I've had, I am more than happy with the 775's power, and much more would obviously endanger the guts of the machine. But, only having to blow out/oil the bearing once in a blue moon is preferable to having to douche the thing out and oil it every couple runs.

I was lookin at the XErun setup as it was by far the cheapest BL setup, just too bad the 80amp doesn't have a combo with a sensored, don't need much more than that.

The xerun 80amp esc is sensored and I think the new motor is also. If not then simply buy the esc and buy a novak or tekin sensored motor. All the summit really needs is 4s lipo. 6s is just tooo much
