Hopefully they allow the option to use a 2s lipo, change the gear and use different diff oil.

I'm going to push for one at my local track! Price point that these will hit the shelves should make it enticing to alot of racers new and old. It'll be a nice change from racing buggy and the Revo.

never raced my 2wd just bashed it , but 4x4 definitly will race it .

I'm sure many of the "mod class" SC guys will switch to the 4x4. 2wd will now probably be reserved for newbies or guys that don't want to do upgrades.

At my local track they race stadium trucks and sc's together

my track has an "open 4wd modified nitro/E" category which will do very nicely. basically, any modified motor, and engine/motor battery is welcome.


it would be cool to do a spec class though.

i dont race but it would be cool for people at tracks to keep the 2wd stock class and then make a new 4wd run what you brung class.

I think that most tracks that have a large enough turnout to race seperate classes will have a 4wd SC class.IMO,it's a no-brainer that the 4x4 Slash will be huge in the racing scene,just like the original Slash is.
