My buddy is wanting to get a Slash and he is looking at the Accucel. The issue is using batteries with Hyperion balancing taps on that charger. Can he get an adapter.

Any battery can be done on any charger or balancer. There are adapters to be bought or made to ultimately wire them correctly. I'm not saying that you can do a 6S on a 3S limited piece of equipment or the wrong type of course.
