What 24kg servo do you have? If it is a cheap one the chances are it's not really a 24kg servo.

I am wondering if his truck has over-steer or under-steer or something.

the turns just too wide compare to other truggies at the truck... I have a good servo, HITEC 7955TG, very fast...

Are you running offset wheels? The 7955TG isn't particularly fast, but very torquey. You could try a faster servo such as an Ace DS-1015 about 200oz of torque which is plenty at about 0.10 seconds, which is 33% faster than the 7955tg.

Sounds like his truck is pushing pretty badly.

israelVXL, what weight diff oil do you have in the front and rear diffs? How easy can you turn your wheels by hand...is there any binding? Do you have the linkage setup correctly for the modified steering-stop?

Your servo is fine, so you either have binding issues, linkage issues, or your truck is pushing due to the oil in your rear diff being to heavy and the oil in your front diff being too light.

Ok, then you have 30k (30000wt) in both front and rear diffs (which is bad), and 500k (500000wt) in the center diff (I think?)...what you need to do is put 50k (50000wt) oil in the front diff and 10k (10000wt) oil in the rear diff, then your steering will be much, much better.
